Edwards Accounting was founded in 1940 by Thomas W. Edwards III and has been in business for 77 years. Thomas W. Edwards IV, CPA and Rex Edwards, CPA became partners in the firm during the 1990’s. With Tom’s retirement in 2000, Rex managed Edwards Accounting Inc. until a merger with Donovan, Klimczak and Company in 2015.
DKC Edwards Accounting has been located at 419 E. Main St. in Louisville since 1953.
Laura Mann, CPA, Tom IV’s daughter, has been an employee of Edwards Accounting Inc for the last 17 tax seasons. Aaron Edwards, Mike Cestoni, and Jennifer Yerkey also are on staff to serve our clients’ needs.
We prepare financial statements, personal and business tax returns, quarterly payroll reporting, trust accounting, and offer Quickbooks advisory services.
